First houses, in the neighborhood where he lived.
Pedro H. Noronha started his entrepreneurial career early: at around 15 he was selling computers and accessories over the internet. In 2000, in Assis, in the interior of São Paulo state, he began building houses for sale in his own neighborhood. That is where what would run through the whole journey was born: building well, with his own hands in the design, properties made to last.
Inside mining operations.
From 2005, running another company, Pedro began importing and selling American equipment for heavy mining. Visits to operations in northern Brazil revealed a problem that kept repeating: companies arrived in booming cities and could not find anywhere to set up. In Parauapebas, in the heart of Carajás, the shortage was total.
We knew the daily routine of those who operate in a mine before we built our first warehouse. That is why our properties are designed for trucks, workshops, storage and crews.
Parauapebas' first warehouse, on a dirt road.
In 2006, we built our first warehouse in Parauapebas. Neighborhoods that are now among the city's main ones still had no asphalt. We raised structures on dirt roads because we believed in the future of the region. With pride, we were pioneers in building and leasing warehouses in the city, and we keep growing with it.

Before and after
The city changed. Our commitment did not.
Where there was dust and mud, there are now paved streets, three-phase power and companies from the mining chain operating every day.

PHNoronha Empreendimentos is born.
In 2008 came the first acquired property. In 2011, we founded P. H. Noronha Empreendimentos Imobiliários to bring the owned portfolio together and respond to demand with method: build according to the needs of whoever will occupy, own the property and look after it with a local team. In 2016, the group expanded its base in Brazil with a 26,000 m² area in Araguaína, Tocantins.

A portfolio of our own, from 360 to 5,000 m².
Today PHNoronha builds, manages and leases its own warehouses in the Paraíso and Amazonas districts and along the PA-160. They are properties with operating areas, offices, yards and maintenance by an in-house team, with no intermediaries between whoever leases and whoever owns.

The same method, now in the United States.
The American chapter began in 2017. PHNoronha LLC started building and managing a portfolio of long-term rental homes in Florida. In 2022, NHP Builder began building modern homes for sale and rent in Marion Oaks, in the Ocala area. The way of working is the same as in Parauapebas: understand the need, build well and look after the asset up close.

PHN Eagle Family Office: wealth built to last for generations.
A story built in the real world. Before becoming a family office, PHN Eagle was construction, job sites and direct relationships with those who occupy each property.
In 2024, the creation of the PHN Eagle Family Office brought this whole journey under a single governance, in Brazil and the United States. In 2025, it opened a front in income-producing commercial properties in Marion Oaks. PHNoronha is the group's company in Parauapebas: owner of the warehouses, present in the city and committed to those who lease.

Entrepreneur
More than 20 years of experience in real estate. He remains directly involved in the development, management and leasing of every warehouse in the portfolio.
Before focusing on real estate, he worked in industry, distribution, wholesale and retail. That is why the company understands the routine of whoever occupies the warehouse, not just the construction.
“What we build should outlast us. Preparing those who come after is part of the job.”
